71nothing happens by chance
Even on that night near to Christmas, I was shocked watching CNN news on TV - watching the powerful Tsunami killing thousands of people, even so far away from Sumatra, reaching the coasts of India and Ceylon, and also those tourists on the western coasts of Thailand, and most tragicly the whole city of Acheh and all the smaller towns further down the coastline.Colin Powell, Bill Clinton and many others came to Acheh to see for themselves, a sight never to be forgotten.
The next day, people all over the world asked the same question - why? Is God still in control?
If yes, then why? Is there an answer?
Many people had many different answers...The reason is this
Nothing happens by chance,
and there's no such thing as coincidence in God.
Also your reading this article is not by chance;
it's part of God's plan.
Everything that happens,
happens according to God's will and God's perfect timing.
Deaths and disasters all happened due to a reason,
and FOR a reason.
Nothing is by chance.
Never put God to the test,
and never blame God when something happens,
for He knows the future.
God knows you since you were in your mother's womb,
till the day you die.
He is the Alpha & Omega, the beginning and the end.
GO and FIND a church pastor,
and grow in the Word of God.
PRAY to God,
and ask for the Holy Spirit to fill you.
Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God,
and you shall be saved.
Know that there's only ONE God,
and He's the King of kings, and the Lord of lords.
The Almighty King has given ONE commandment to all His followers,
that is,
Love one another as God has 1st loved you.
Know that you're a child of God, and that
He's ever ready to accept you with open arms;
He's ever ready to fill you with love, grace & mercy.
The blessings and favours of God
shall follow you
if you would only
put your trust and faith in God.
Give Him your all,
as He had given His all for you.

questions in life
for the same friend who went through a lot of hurts..his wife left him with his boy.
He hated life ; he hated God.He was jobless.Spent all his time on web games.
the Lord says to you...
Life is a puzzle.
There are many puzzles in our lives.
You need to fix them ,the puzzles all fitting together perfectly
to form a solid piece, a perfect picture..a big picture of life
But you need to patiently fix them, piece by piece
Day after day slowly one by one
The same thing in our life
The right piece at the right place… only will it fit
The right piece at the right time
The right piece at the right cause
Only can the puzzles in our lives start to fix.
Many things had happened in our lives are like puzzles.
Many things that happened are hard to understand
There are too many WHYs and HOWs no one can answer
Those MEMORIES, DARK SECRETS, TURMOILS and BITTERNESS
Nobody would understand
Who can put all these puzzles together?
And try to fix them together
In order to see a big picture
All these puzzles that happened….why?
They all happen for a reason., for a purpose
Because they all join together for a bigger purpose, a bigger picture
Only the CREATOR who created us can know
Only I can fix all the many puzzles together
To form a big picture.
All the pieces of puzzles by themselves
Have no picture, no meaning
IT takes time to fit so many puzzles together
Don’t hurry time, but wait upon Me,the creator to fix them all
Only I know how, what is best, for I can see the big picture
I know and I feel for you
But it’s up to you to decide
Whether you believe I can fix all the puzzles in your life
Whether you want Me to be real in your life.
Don’t resent Me, the One who created you.
Nothing wrong to give your creator a chance to prove Himself
Don’t resent Me, but allow Me to start work
To start the long process of fixing all the puzzles in your life
To start work restoring back your life
To a perfect solid piece, a big beautiful picture
All can see and admire.
I, the creator is creative
I want to be close to his creations
Let Me."
he asked...."What do u do
when your dear ones spend their life in misery
When u cannot have them, can never hold them when they are in a time of need,
to never be able to comfort them when you know they need your shoulder to cry on.
you cannot cry on their shoulder either.
You cannot have them hold you when you need them the most.
What should you do
when you know they are in pain,
and your heart aches of losing them for ever, even as a friend.
not knowing if the person you love, even has any feelings for you.
What do you do when your insides are twisted into knots over the pain that you are in,
knowing you'll never be able to taste that love.
To know that you'll never have the joy that your love might bring into your life.
Or the joy you could bring into theirs.
How mend the pain which you no feel.
How do you move on,
knowing that you'll never find another as speacial as the one you have found.
What do you do when you feel like crying.
hold it in so that others can not see the true pain that you are in.
Do you let people think you're weak for crying
Or do you let people see only what is on the outside
and let what is in u to kill you from with in."
and the Lord also says to you...
"Trust Me in times of trouble.
All I require is a little faith, as small as a mustard seed.
Don’t look down upon this faith, because it can move a mountain.
Open up your heart to Me.
People might had hurt you and harm you in any way, but it is different with Me.
Have a personal encounter with Me.
It is not an overnight thing to know Me, and to be close to Me.
It’s our daily walk with Me that draws us close to Me.
Be patient and give Me, the Lord a chance.
I will never abandon you or anyone.
Sometimes it’s not that I do not speak to you,
but you are not listening, or u just don’t want to .
Although you can’t hide your thoughts or feelings from Me, because I know and feel them all,
I still wants you to open up to Me,
to express them out to Me.
You got to know that a person who is
willing to be nailed on the cross and to be whipped and beaten
when He was innocent, got to love you right?
I know you, not just by your name, but I created you.
I knew u when u were still in your mother's womb.
What more can be said.
Many questions are left unanswered
because many do not knock on heaven’s door.
They did not wait upon Me, and we gave up on Me.
People who has no hope and purpose in life
are people who do not have Me in their lives.
They get lost when I AM not put first in our lives.
They feel life is not worth living and is meaningless,
Everything appears to be so bleak.
But do you know how glorious I AM?
How wonderful heaven is?
Let the My love fills your heart, take over the emptiness and hurts that are in you.
Let Me heal you."

just got back from going to Virginia for court. i now have a court apointed laywer. my ex - wife and her husband may be facing a federal charge's for neglect of the children. her husband in the navy and knew what was going on and never did any thing about it. the house was infested with cockroaches, moldy food, strong spell of urine, rabit poop on the floor. my son's youngest sibling eating a stale cracker off the floor. i got to see my son. He's doing better now that he's on medication and seeing a counselor. my son is 9 years old. i barely got to see him. I've seen him twice with in the last 5 years. So with any luck i'll be able to get my son back.

for a young lady in Lebanon, surrounded by a neighborhood n relatives, all so hostile to Israel's bombings of Gaza, n suspicious of the Christians in the West....somehow she still believes in Jesus in her heart, but there are many questions n puzzles she has. Why the great Philo of Egypt did not mention Jesus at all in his writings.

how come they share the same story with Jesus?

The Lord says to you...
Love is a beautiful thing,
because it is unconditional, without conditions attached.
True love is always beautiful.
But everyone reacts to love differently.
But one thing is for sure, and that is,
if a person is willing to give his life up for you
then that person definitely loves you.
Like a mother dying for her baby.
Now imagine a God doing that for you
What religion offers such love and grace without wanting anything in return?
None! For there is no one like Jesus Christ
He offers salvation and redemption even when we were sinners and still are.
Before we were born He knew us.
He know our every thoughts and desires

we still have the right to choose
We have freedom in God.
We are free of condemnation and bondages.
Many questions remain unanswered and many mysteries remain undiscovered
For men trust their ways over God’s ways
Until we are willing to accept God’s answers,
and open our hearts to accept things, we don’t understand.
The supernatural is beyond our understanding.
So the best is to get answers from above
Whom you place your trust in.

God loves a cheerful giver.
It's what that is in us, in our hearts, that matter.
What we think and do God knows it all.
People might judge from the appearance or the way a thing is done
but God sees the inside.
He alone knows what all our future would be like.
The world's hope and future is in His hands.
We don't know what tomorrow holds for us,
but everything that is happening now are all signs of the future.
In today's world, it is hard to judge right from wrong, black from white,
for the devil is making things look as if it is complicated and so dark;
that’s why the light of Christ must shine,
so that all human beings will see the truth and walk in the light.
People fight against each other because they've different point of view,
but who is searching for peace? who is fighting for peace?
We don't have to choose or take sides in this world,
because the only thing that we need to know and believe in is Jesus Christ.
Nothing else matters, because when we are so, so very close to Jesus that
everything will be clear, and we won't be puzzled anymore.
The world now is chaotic,
but in God's eyes, it's crystal clear.
Draw close to Him and He shall reveal His plans and visions upon the nations.
Everyone of us are children of God.
He loves us dearly as He had paid a price that no other religion would offer.
Treasure your time now and live it to the fullest in God's will
to a girl not happy with things in life....

Life is not what it seems.
It's like a kite, where everything is unpredictable.
You'll never know when the wind would stop and your kite drops
but you'll never either know when the wind would be very strong
to carry your kite up.
Life is an ever changing process.
But one thing's for sure,

The true meaning of life is not
about carrying out a routine
and going into the grave at the end of the day.
No! It's about living life to the maximum,
where our lives affect the people around us,
impact those who we meet on our way in this life.
And to do that, you would need God's glory.
To men, it is impossible to be perfect or even to live right,
it's just too hard, but with God, the One who created us,
He alone can give us true grace and mercy.
Try knowing Him more,
because He is so much more than a God sitting up here in heaven.

What's important in life is who we really are,
and what we place our beliefs in.
We'll lose everything around us one day.
Friends come and friends go;
our loved ones will one day leave us.
We can't bring what we own now on this earth to heaven.
But there's one thing that remains eternally,
and that is, our souls.
This life on earth is hard and very complicated,
but if God were to hold your hand through every second of your life,
you would see everything in a different perspective.
Things will still be hard and not smooth going,
but you would never feel lost again.
It's like a child being guided by the father,
and feels so protected.
Go to the Lord,
and you will find comfort there.
He'll never let His children be forsaken.
He sees the bigger picture
'My ways higher than your ways n My thoughts than your thoughts"
(Isaiah 55:8)
"at the proper time we will reap if we do not give up"
(Galatians 6:9)
His ways don't always make sense.
Because He sees the big picture.
Only at the right time will all the pieces come together.
When it's your due season, no forces can stop it.
Right now, we don't feel it, don't see it.
Everything still the same, if not worse.
But God never slumber; He is constantly working out His plan
for you, arranging all the pieces to come together
to become a big n most beautiful picture.
don't grow weary
don't try in your own strength(like King Saul) to move ahead
don't try to force doors to open
don't try to make things happen in your own understanding
but in everything, acknowledge your God
honor Him, believe in Him
to show you the path you are to walk in
and you will see the big beautiful PICTURE

Life is full of ups n downs
n it is God's strength that we need
so as to carry on in this life
Continue your faith in God
U will not be disappointed
if u continue to do so
Because He is the Alpha n Almighty

Many things happen in life that we find hard to understand.
Life is like a big puzzle.
So often we ask…
If God is love, why is the world such a place of tragedy?
If God so loved the world, why does He allow all the suffering and torture and pain and sorrow and grief and death?
Why would a loving God allow wars and famines and disasters to cause so much anguish?
Why would a loving God send people to hell to suffer forever?
Why would a loving God devise a plan that has many people going to hell for all eternity?
What kind of love is it that is sovereign, and yet sends poor, suffering people to an eternal flame?
How are we to understand that kind of love?
Many things we don’t understand,
but we need not have to be angry.
‘cos there’s a bigger picture we can’t see.
Many things that happened in our lives are like puzzles,
is life fair?
Life is a game of chess…almost
The way our past decisions shape our present circumstances
Resemble a game of chess.
We make a move with a selected piece.
Once we lift our finger, w cannot take back that move
Or it’s called cheating. In our own life situations,
we wish we can and start everything again.
But it’s not to be. What’s done is done.the words you said are said.
The action taken is taken.
Time cannot be reversed.
We can make a series of bad moves and still remain in the game.
But we put ourselves at a disadvantage and find ourselves scrambling to survive.
Why make a bad move if we have good ones available to make?
Often when we make bad decisions, bringing disaster upon ourselves,
We justify ourselves, finding excuses, throwing the blame on others.
Saying we are victims of forces beyond our control
Too proud to admit mistakes and listen to advice.
Past decisions set the stage for presnt options.
We can excel at stupidity if we want to.
We can sleep late, lose our job, commit adultery behind people’s backs,
Gamble away our life savings, neglect our responsibilities,
Deceive our closest friends and parents, our life partners and children.
We can wiait until the last moment before the final exam,
Before start studying. We can waste our times away drinking and having fun.
But we cannot alter the consequences of our choices.
Why make the game harder than it already is?
Everything has a reward…goodness or evil.
“When I die, that’s the end of it.” Is it? How do you know?
The Korean senior student at HighTechnicalCollege shot others and himself…
That’s the end of him?
If that is, then life on this Planet earth is most miserable
Because there’s no justice.
If life is just a rat race and survival of the fittest according to Darwin’s theory,
Then life has no meaning..
May as well eat and drink for tomorrow we all die…
We all die, it comes to the same thing…whether
Young or old, rich or poor, famous or unknown, educated or ignorant,
Powerful or weak, religious or atheistic, happy or depressed,
We all die.

but what really matters is what we think and believe.
Have we been living a lie all our lives?

It's impossible to live this life on earth
that's so complex and complicated,
without the help from God.
People of all ages take for granted the life they have,
without realising the grace and mercy they have.
The Lord is always there for us,
whether we know it or not.
What you need to do is just
go to a place where you're alone,
close your eyes, calm yourself, keep your mind clear,
except for the thoughts of God and His presence.
Let Him bring you to a place
where you've never been,
to see the heavenly realms,
to be completely lost with Him,
where nothing else matters,
where it is just you and Him,
the total peace and tranquility
that you've never experienced before.

in everything just trust in the Lord
don't run ahead of your God
but let Him guide you step by step
always be calm in your spirit as you seek His help
first ask for His wisdom , what decision to take
hear His still small voice in you as you wait
lean not on your own strength; only by His grace n mercy
can u overcome your difficulties n your real enemy
He is the only light that can lighten your path
even when everything look so dark n tough
even in the darkest night, His light still shines for u
n His grace is always sufficient for u
n His mercy is new every morning
to fill u with joy n thanksgiving
put God first, in the center of your life,that is His Kingdom and His righteousness first,
and you have the pledged word of God, through the lips of His Son,
that all these other things in life, shall be added unto you.
"Do not be anxious about tomorrow, for the morrow shall
worry about its own things
sufficient for today is its own troubles."(Matthew 6:34)
"so why do u worry about clothing? consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these."(Matthew 6:28)
You may think you must work very hard to provide for yourself n family n get ahead in life.
But God wants u to consider the lilies of the field.
They don't have to struggle; yet they're provided.
same as the birds in the air.
They simply rest in the provisions of God's love.
That is what the children of God are supposed to do
in the arms of their heavenly Father
who will provide all the needs of His children.
Just like our earthly father to his children...
to provide for them, their food, clothing, their educations, their futures n securities.
Our heavenly Father does the same.
God wants u to be responsible n hard-working
but not to struggle n strive for your every need.
He wants you to rest in Him.
to let go n let Him take care of all your needs
if you only put Him first
how much more He treasures u than the lilies
how He long to clothe u with beauty n riches
"whatever u do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men
knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance.
It is the Lord Christ whom u serve" ( Colossians 3:23)
as a slave with no future in Pothipar's house Joseph was serving
all he got was the dream from God and he just kept on dreaming
in spite of terrible things, he still believed God for impossible things
and God did take him to places he never ever dreamed of
for he was not the kind to look at a slave's work to scoff
no. he was a man of excellence who obeyed n served God to his best
and to keep His promised Word, God did the rest
Joseph was not the kind who did things just to get barely by
like others, the baker n cup-bearer to do the little just to satisfy
no. Joseph did to the utmost for his master as unto the Lord
and God kept His Word to see Joseph in Egypt was also lord.
A person of excellence goes the extra mile to do what's right.
"if anyone forces u to go one mile, go with him two miles"(Matthew 5:41)
He keeps his word even when it's difficult.
When u have an excellent spirit, it shows up in the quality of your work,
n the attitude with which u do it.
U should always give your best as unto the Lord like Joseph did.
If we have that kind of attitude, God will bless us n rewards us.
God's people are people of excellence.
The pressures, tensions n stress of modern living
constantly threaten to take a toll on our zeal for the Lord.
One of the main reasons we lose our enthusiasm in life
is because we start to take granted what God has done for us.
We take for granted His goodness, grace n mercy.
We become less grateful people, n some like the Israelites in the wilderness
starts to grumble, to murmur n complain about going back to Egypt
where the onions, garlics, meat n bread they remembered
"when we sat by the fleshpots n ate bread to the full"(Exodus 16: 3)
Like the Israelites in the wilderness gathering fresh manna each morning,
we need fresh enthusiasm each day.
We need to be inspired, filled afresh each day with God's goodness
for His grace n mercy are new every morning.
We need to stir ourselves up.."stir up the gift of God in u"(2Timorthy 1:6)
"never lag in zeal n in earnest endeavor; be aglow n burning with the Spirit
serving the Lord" (Romans 12:11)
Wow, my hats off to you Joshua. You may be the best example of a modern Christian poet that I have had the pleasure to read. Your imagery, combined with your obvious well versed religious background is stunning. And that is coming from a pagan. thank u blake4d. i accepted Christ in 1972.but was water-baptized much later. i preached once a month in the church i go to in Butterworth in Penang in Malaysia.so i read the bible a lot.my wife is an intercessor n she has her own prayer group.sometimes she can hear the Lord n see visions.i have now an evangelist Indian young lady here for 1 month.she flied all the way from south India 2 weeks ago just to give a message from God to me..that's the main purpose she came this time. n the word is accurate telling me my near future, what God has in mind...she saw angel going up n coming down..many things to come

Emotional, inner poverty is greater than physical poverty.
Even inspite of hunger, thirst n injury, a soldier in war, because of great faith n sacrifice, can overcome great impossibilities to survive
but a bitter, depressed man in a luxury house, can hardly
take care of himself.
A homeless, unwanted, unloved, forgotten man living in the street can be hungry n poor,
but can also be bitter n unforgiving.
The greatest poverty is ability to die to oneself,
to love your enemy n
the greatest hunger is to hunger after righteousness.
Our physical life is temporary.
Our beauty, our physical health are temporary..
no matter what aerobics or health food u take,
when u grow old, u grow weak n breathe your last finally.

What we do not see are eternal..every word u ever spoke
is recorded down by an angel.
Lazarus the beggar suffered hunger, sores n homelessness.
but the rich man, clothed in purple n fine linen
went to eternal place of fire.
who was unloved, uncared n homeless?
who has the better ending?
"Son,remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, n likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted n u r tormented."(Luke 16:25)
Nothing happens escapes the eyes of God.
not even a sparrow falls to the ground
or even a single strand of your hair on your head goes unnoticed.
God is just n yet merciful.
Nothing ever clouds His judgment
for He sees everything.
He knows every event taking place in the world.
Every cry, laugh, complaint, prayer, thought...
He knows
He hears
He sees.
Many of our questions about life r not answered.
Many things we find hard to understand.
We see so many suffered; yet there r many who don't.
Is it fair? Is there justice?
Life never seems fair.
But God's ways r much higher n better than our ways.
We r finite; God is infinite.
We cannot see n know as God does.
God sees n knows everything;
He knows u even before u ever existed.
He is the Alpha n Omega.
therefore we can never understand as God understands
for we cannot see the future
we cannot see all His plans n purposes.
Therefore seek His will n let Him handles things.
Seek peace with your fellow brethren.
Let love rule over hatred.
Don't let Satan win the battle.
Let Jesus Christ achieve the victory.
